Ingredienti: 375 g di lamponi
250 g zucchero semolato
1-2 cucchiaini di aceto balsamico invecchiato
In un pentolino di acciaio o rame mettere i lamponi con lo zucchero e 2 cucchiaini di acqua.
Lasciar cuocere per 15-20 minuti mescolando e schiacciando i lamponi. A fine cottura aggiungere 1-2 cucchiaini a piacere di aceto balsamico invecchiato.
Distribuire nei vasetti ben sterilizzati e chiudere ermeticamente e lasciar raffreddare capovolti coperti da un canovaccio.
